Create a BitPay account and register your digital wallet to receive your Stack Mobile Business Crypto Cashback rewards securely.

Link digital wallet for business accounts

Your organization can utilize existing corporate digital wallets or establish new ones through BitPay, or any other cryptocurrency exchange of your preference. The wallet must support the cryptocurrencies below for compatibility with our rewards system.

To integrate your corporate wallet:

1. Complete the Onboarding Process: Follow the enterprise onboarding instructions provided upon enrollment in the Stack Mobile Business Program, which includes a series of emails to successfully complete the set-up process. 

2. Respond to BitPay Authentication: Your designated financial contact will receive an email from BitPay with secure authentication links to:

• Accept the invitation and establish your organization's BitPay account

• Complete the business verification process

• Register your corporate receiving wallet address

3. Verification Requirements: For enterprise compliance, BitPay requires standard Know Your Customer (KYC) and business verification procedures. This includes:

• Business identity verification

• Authorized representative authentication

These verification steps align with standard financial compliance requirements implemented by banking institutions and payment processors to ensure regulatory adherence and enhance security for business transactions. This verification process must be completed before Crypto Cashback rewards can be distributed to your organization's wallet.

For Organizations Without an Existing Digital Wallet:

Your earned Crypto Cashback is immediately credited to your Stack Mobile business account upon purchase. When your company establishes a digital wallet registered with BitPay, any accumulated Crypto Cashback exceeding $5 (which all base plans provide) will transfer automatically to your designated wallet approximately 10 business days following registration.

If your organization opts not to register a wallet, the balance remains in your Stack Mobile business account and can be applied as credit toward future service invoices.

The BitPay platform enables organizations to purchase, store, exchange, transfer, and utilize cryptocurrency across your business operations, with seamless integration capabilities for vendors and partners accepting crypto payments. As with all self-custodial wallet solutions, BitPay does not maintain access to your company's private keys or funds, necessitating secure enterprise key management protocols for your organization.
